Account deletion
FuelBalance is run by PF Engineer (contato@pfengineer.tech). This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to each piece of data — with or without the app installed.
#From the app (immediate)
Open FuelBalance (on your phone or at https://fuelbalance.app/web/), sign in and go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. The app asks for a two-tap confirmation and erases everything right away.
#Without the app (by e-mail)
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to contato@pfengineer.tech from the e-mail tied to the account (or tell us its phone number). We delete within 15 days and confirm in writing.
#What is deleted
- Immediately: the login (phone/Google), your profile, meals, analysed photos, imported workouts, races, weigh-ins, sleep, insights and reminder registrations.
- Strava access: the authorization is returned to Strava at the same moment. You can also revoke it yourself at https://www.strava.com/settings/apps.
- Within 15 days: usage data in the analytics service (Amplitude).
- Beyond our reach: Google keeps abuse logs of the AI calls for up to 55 days (as a processor, with no link to your name); the local copy on your device goes when you uninstall the app; foods you added to the shared base stay there with no link to you whatsoever.
#Partial deletions
Don't want to erase everything? We also handle by e-mail: disconnecting only Strava, removing you from the waitlist, or deleting just the analytics data. Say what you want removed and we take care of the rest.
